Marti Frederiksen, a native of Los Angeles, started his career as an artist playing drums, guitar and singing lead vocals in several signed alternative and rock bands in the 80s and 90s. Over those years in bands he stood out as a songwriter and producer, catching the attention of legendary A&R executive, John Kalodner, who introduced him to his now longtime collaborator, Aerosmith. He co-wrote and produced “Just Push Play” also giving him his first taste of worldwide songwriting success with “Jaded.” This paved the way for writing with Def Leppard and Mick Jagger, then producing “Cry” by Faith Hill, and working with Sheryl Crowe, Pink and Eminem. He’s now an award-winning songwriter/producer crossing all genres with hits such as: Ozzy Osbourne’s “Dreamer,” “Sorry” by Buckcherry, “Love Remains the Same” by Gavin Rossdale, Carrie Underwood’s “Undo It” & “Mama’s Song,” and “Crawling Back to You” by Daughtry. Marti’s most recent #1 chart-topper was Ayron Jones’ “Mercy” on Big Machine which stayed #1 on the Billboard rock charts for 4 weeks in a row. Marti currently resides in Nashville where he continues to write, produce and perform. He is a lead singer for The Loving Mary Band, backing up artists like Gretchen Wilson and Steven Tyler.
John Greenberg, Founder of Shorebreak International Inc., a leader in the management business since 1988, John has worked with world-renowned bands, singer, producers and writers who have been honored with pretigious awards including: Grammys, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame recognition, MTV awards and Platinum certifications. Artists include Nickleback, Steven Tyler, Motely Crue’s John Corabi, Cinderella, Ratt and many others.
Tuk Smith was born and raised 45 miles south of Atlanta in the small town of Griffin Georgia. Despite his humble and restrictive beginnings, Smith managed to see most of the world armed with a guitar and a dream. An avid follower of the power of thought, the enigmatic musician managed to bring into reality all of his rock n roll ambitions. From slinging guitar in glam punk groups to fronting Biters, a band that was heralded as the great hope of rock and roll, Tuk Smith has gone from relentless DIY touring to playing arenas. Now, he's taken these life experiences with him giving birth to Tuk Smith & The Restless Hearts.
